  • Pins of Hope

As much as we'd like to forget about it, there are always events in our lives that cause us pain and despair. No matter how much we would like to avoid it, we will always know someone who is experiencing one of these times.  We collect pins on a continual basis of various kinds such as Angels, Teddy Bears, Hearts, Candles, and more. You can crochet the pins, knit the pins, quilt the pins, paper and felt pins, etc. This can be a project for your whole family, for your religious organization, for your class, for your girl scout, daisy scout or boy scout troop. You can send in one pin or you can send in 1,000 pins every pin will count. Pins of Hope will continue to send out pins in instances of major tragedies like we did with Santanee California, but it is our hopes and plan to expand our reach to those who are in need on a daily basis, those who are suffering with their families through illness, through life changing events. We would like to donate the next round of pins to (for example, but not limited to) Crisis centers for battered woman and children across the country, Hospice Groups, The Ronald McDonald House, St. Jude's Hospital and the Michael J. Fox Organization.
